Pre Registration Questions
How do I open an account with you?

To open an account, please fill out the form you find under the login box on the home page

 
How do I see the prices?

Our prices are displayed after you have been approved for an account and logged in successfully, although there is a summary to give you an idea here.

 
Who do you supply to?

We supply to Trade customers, Wholesalers, Retailers and Mail Order & Internet shops. If you are outside the UK, please contact us to see if it is viable for us to sell to you. (It might depend on freight charges, import duties and taxes)

 
Will I be able to place an order as soon as I have registered?

After you have filled out the registration form, we will manually check it and approve your account. If we have further questions we will contact you, otherwise you will receive an email with a link to set a password. Once the password is set you can start shopping immediatey.

 
How long will it take to get my password?

We will try to verify your account as soon as possible, however we cannot guarantee a time. It should never take more than 24 hours, and could be as little as 10 minutes.

 
Will you send me a paper catalogue?

No, we do not currently offer a paper catalogue.

 
Can you send me samples?

We have kept our minimum order to a low £50, so you can make a small order if you wish to test our stock.

 
Ordering
Is there a minimum order quantity or value?

Our minimum order is only £50. You can order individual prints and other items, however cards come in packs of 6. The items in the "bling" section come as singles or in packs, so please check the description for each item.

 
Can I place orders over the phone?

You can order any way you feel comfortable. If you don't wish to order via the website, you can call us, send an email or start a chat session. If you wish there was a paper order form, let us know and we can arrange it.

 
What happens if I order an item which isn't in stock?

Any items not in stock will be flagged up for you before you submit the order. If we have made a mistake and cannot fulfill your order we will contact you make amends in a way that should make you happy.

 
Do you offer credit?

We do not offer credit initially, and ask you to pay by credit card. After we have established a relationship we can offer 30 day payment terms on invoice.

 
How can I pay?

You can pay by credit/debit card or paypal. Most cards are accepted. When paying on invoice our preferred method is BACS.

 
What are your shipping costs?

We charge a flat rate of £4.50 for shipping of all orders to the UK and £7.50 for European shipping.

 
Customer Service
I do not like an item I have purchased, can I return it?

If you are willing to pay the return postage, then we will be happy to accept the return. Please email us first, though.

 
I have received my order but something is missing or damaged, what should I do?

First please take photos of the damage. The more information we have the more we can do to make sure it never happens again. Then email us and let us know, so we can fix it for you.

 
Can I add an item or change my order after I have placed it?

If we haven't yet dispatched your order, then this should be fine, however you will need to call or email us to do it. We do not have a system on the website to do that.

About Our Products
Where are the products made?

All of our prints and canvases are made by us in Edinburgh. Our cards, mugs, tote bags, trays and mirrors are outsourced but still made in the United Kingdom. The pins are outsourced and made in China. We may outsource printing to fulfill trade orders in countries outside the United Kingdom.

 
Who are the artists?

Believe it or not, there is just one artist behind everything here. Her name is Dodo and she is amazing..and she never stops creating.

 
Can you make a certain product for my store?

Maybe. Its not something we usually do, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Send us details of what you are hoping to achieve and we will let you know if it is something we might be willing and able to do. We do have some custom prints which you can customise, however.

 
What are the prints exactly?

The prints are made using various papers, with pigment ink for long lasting prints. The main range is made on Enhanced Matte 192gsm paper, and the Giclée range on Hahnemuhler Photo Rag Smooth Matte 308gsm. The prints are packaged with a backing board into a sealed cellophane wrapper and look fantastic.

 
What are the cards exactly?

The main card range is printed on Trucard, which folds to A6 size. All of our greeting cards contain no words on the inside, although they may feature design elements or colour. They are presented either sealed in a cellophane bag or held to gether with a clasp and come with a colourful envelope. The square cards are presented with a white envelope and measure 148cm square.

 
Do you barcode the products?

We do not have barcodes on our prints and other merchandise items currently. Most, but not all of our cards have barcodes printed on them. If you have specific requirements please get in touch so we can see if it can be achieved.

 
The Business End
May I use the images shown on your website?

You may use the images from our website for the purpose of selling the products we supply, although having unique images you have created yourself improves your search engine rankings. (You cannot use the images for any other reason than than directly promoting the products we supply without getting permission from us.)

 
May I use your product descriptions for my own website?

Please try not to use the text from our descriptions. Google will penalise both you and us for the repetition.

 
What is your VAT number?

Our VAT number is GB237294393

 
Can you reverse charge my VAT?

Yes, if you are located in Europe (except UK) and supply us with a valid VAT number for your company, which we can verify, then we will reverse charge your invoices. (This will be changinging in 2021, where we expect to be VAT registered within Europe so will always charge VAT)

 
Can I get a receipt for my order?

We send out the receipts when the order is fulfilled. If you need a receipt resent, please contact us with the order number, we do not have the ability to do it automatically from the website yet.
