These striking seabirds are also called clowns of the sea or sea parrots. I always thought they looked a bit like a mix of penguin and parrot so that kinda works!

Creature Features is a celebration of species tall and small - from exotic creatures to farmyard favourites. In the series I aim to put a contemporary spin on traditional wildlife illustration, depicting each species in bold colour combinations or playful poses.
